sesame YES:- contained in almost everything,

celery (and celeriac):- YES occasionally in our “Salad of the Day”

mustard YES:- occasionally in “Salad Dressings”

sulphur dioxide, which is a preservative found in some dried fruit:- YES occasionally contained in “Salads” and “Desserts”

crustaceans, for example prawns, crabs, lobster and crayfish:- NO
molluscs, eg. clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid:- NO
eggs:- NO
fish:- NO
peanuts:- NO
milk:- NO
lupin:- NO
